what an absolute disaster. first, my room was freezing, no apologies or explanations from the staff. secondly, I found numerous hairs in the bath tub, as if cleanliness is no longer a priority. how dare they think I’d tolerate this? I almost gave them a glowing review but just couldn’t bring myself to do it.

The unique atmosphere of the converted building added charm to my experience Plus, the location was ideal for exploring both the old and new town areas, which really enhanced my stay.

The noise from events can be unbearable during nighttime!!! The bathrooms lack proper ventilation, creating discomfort. Also, the accessibility with stairs is quite inconvenient for guests with mobility issues!!!

I stayed 2 nights in a King Suite. The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Loved the spaciousness and the comfortable seating area. Breakfast was good and the staff was super helpful. Great parking options, too, very convenient.

I enjoyed my stay at Best Western Santakos Hotel. The location is excellent, just minutes from the pedestrian area and old town, making it easy to explore. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, allowing for a pleasant rest each night.

The hotel features a charming historic building and is ideally located within walking distance of local attractions. The complimentary parking is convenient, but navigating to it through a fitness center's lot can be confusing. Despite a comfortable bed and good breakfast options with regional jams, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired due to dust and maintenance issues. Unfortunately, the staff's attention to basic room checks was lacking, which impacted the overall experience.

It was just a commendable fit for a brief retreat in Kaunas with excellent value for money. The courtyard area was a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine during my stay. Make sure to book your meals early to grab a table at breakfast!
